Letras Latinas (Reading + Q&A)

The Andrés Montoya Poetry Prize supports the publication of a first book by a Latinx poet residing in the United States. This session features and celebrates the six finalists of the most recent edition of the Prize: Dr. Grisel Y. Acosta, Darrel Alejandro Holnes, JP Infante, Jasminne Mendez, Caridad Moro-Gronlier, and Martin Hill Ortiz. The Prize is a program of Letras Latinas, the literary initiative at the University of Notre Dame’s Institute for Latino Studies. After the pre-recorded reading, the poets engage in live Q&A with the Festival audience. Introduction and moderation by Francisco Aragón, Founder and Director, Letras Latinas.
