The Beloved is a poetry and song collaboration with poet Gregory Orr and alt-folk group Parkington Sisters, conceived, commissioned and produced by the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival, and first performed on October 20, 2018 at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Its airing at the 2020 Festival marks the inaugural showing of the concert film of that performance.
